2. User Conduct & Responsibilities

As a user or participant, you agree to the following:

• You will not use the site or BCI technology for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the neural telemetry of other pilots.
• You will provide accurate and truthful information during the membership application process.
• You are responsible for the security of your account and any hardware issued to you.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including software, racing algorithms, and neural processing methods, is the property of BDRL and is protected by international copyright and patent laws.

4. Participation in Events

Participation in BDRL sanctioned events is subject to:

• Execution of a separate Participant Liability Waiver and Release.
• Successful completion of the BDRL Safety & Flight Certification.
• Adherence to the League Code of Conduct and Anti-Doping Regulations.
• Compliance with all local drone flight regulations and airspace restrictions.
